We had an incredible weekend exhibiting at the Dublin Coffee Festival in the RDS, Dublin, following straight on from our latest origin trip to Brazil. It was the perfect way to reconnect with Ireland’s thriving specialty coffee community and share some of the exceptional coffees we’ve been sourcing.
A Vibrant Irish Specialty Coffee Community
The energy at this year’s festival was remarkable., it’s clear that the Irish specialty coffee industry continues to raise the bar year after year.
It was a real pleasure to welcome so many visitors to the Viva Coffee stand, catching up with long-standing customers, meeting new roasters, and having great conversations about coffee sourcing, quality and sustainability.
A Standout Tasting Room Experience
One of the highlights of the weekend was our Viva Coffee Tasting Room session on Saturday. The response was fantastic, with strong engagement from attendees and incredibly positive feedback on the coffees we presented.
We were especially excited to showcase a selection of new coffees and exclusive microlots. The quality and uniqueness of these coffees really stood out with several lots even selling out during the cupping session, a testament to the demand for high-quality, traceable green coffee in Ireland.
Showcasing Exceptional Coffee from Origin to Roaster
At Viva Coffee, we’re passionate about building strong relationships between producers and roasters. Events like the Dublin Coffee Festival are an important opportunity to bring those stories to life – connecting Irish coffee professionals directly with the people and processes behind every bean.
Following our latest trip to Brazil, it was particularly rewarding to share fresh insights, new harvest updates and exciting upcoming coffees with the market.
