Extensive Experience Across the Coffee Supply Chain
Henrique brings over a decade of hands-on experience in the global coffee industry, with a unique skill set that spans the entire coffee supply chain.
His background includes:
- Green coffee brokerage and trading in Brazil
- Logistics and export operations at origin
- Coffee roasting and quality control (QC)
- Barista training and education
- Wholesale and customer account management in Ireland
This rare combination gives Henrique a true end-to-end understanding of specialty coffee, from farm to roaster.
