Founded by visionary producers Nestor Lasso and Jhon Vergara, the centre ensures consistency and excellence by centralizing processing under expert supervision. Farmers who previously faced market and quality barriers now see real opportunities through Peñas Blancas. Workshops and hands-on training bring together producers and professionals, creating a hub of innovation and inclusion in Huila’s specialty coffee community.
