Fazenda Inhame

Country: Brazil

Located in the renowned Campos Altos region, Inhame Farm is a fifth-generation family-run estate with over a century of coffee-growing heritage. Named after the Inhame River, the farm reflects a deep respect for nature and tradition.

The Franco family has cultivated coffee here since 1910, using sustainable and innovative farming practices that ensure exceptional cup quality. With 70% of its coffee plants grown above 1,170 meters, the farm benefits from unique climatic conditions – warm days and cool nights – that enhance the coffee’s sweetness and complexity.

Inhame Farm is committed to sustainability and community, using organic fertilization methods, reducing chemical inputs, and providing housing for the farm workers. The farm has also implemented native tree reforestation projects.
